Lazada oh Lazada. Why oh why?

Malaysia's best online shopping mall (kononnnnnnn) Not talking
Itu yang mereka claimed. Tapi bagi saya diorang ni indah khabar dari rupa.
Pada 11 Julai 2012, saya ada memesan satu optical mouse melalui website diorang.

Item yang dipesan
Butiran pesanan.

Bukti pembayaran


Order sejak 11 Julai 2012, dan sampai saat ni 1.03 petang 22 Julai 2012 barang masih tak kunjung tiba.


Dua hari selepas order, saya tunggu tak sampai – sampai dan saya fikir tunggu lagilah sampai seminggu. Langkawi. Lambat la sikit kot (bersangka baik)

Masuk hari keempat (tak sampai seminggu dah start kalut dah Cipina) dah rasa tak best sebab apesal yang lama sangat barang nak sampai. Satu Malaysia jugak. Poslaju rileks je hantar the next day. Paling lewat pun 2 hari je.


So, terus saya ke page Lazada di Facebook. Sangat diluar jangkaan. I am not alone rupanya. Most of their post ada je orang komplen. Ini salah satunya.

Lepas barang yang ditunggu tak kunjung tiba, saya buat keputusan untuk menghantar mesej bertanyakan samada pihak Lazada ni ada masalah ke apa. 

Hantar mesej di website. No reply. Tunggu lagi. Kot – kot la diorang overlook order saya ke apa. Bagi masa utk diorang check. Still no reply walaupun dah masuk seminggu.

Hari – hari usya page diorang, hari – hari ada komplen baru. Sampai lah kelmarin, I decided to PM them through their page.



Tak lama lepas tu, muncul di news feed dimana blogger Eyriqazz update pasal Lazada. Laju je ai terjah. Entri beliau ada kat sini –> http://www.eyriqazz.com/2012/07/lazada-malaysia-menipu.html

Ini yang buat entri ni ‘ter’terbit Hee hee

Pasal PM saya di facebook diorang tu, no reply no nothing.
The best part is, diorang dengan selambanya boleh update pos kat wall walaupun diasak dengan pertanyaan oleh pembeli – pembeli yang tertipu ni. Biarkan soalan pembeli – pembeli tergantung disitu. Tak ada reply. Cuma satu je diorang reply iaitu:-

Oh really? It took a month to solve a complain? Tak cukup kakitangan ke? And 3 items ordered but only 1 item arrived tu macam mana pulak? Nak menipu ke? We are the customer. We PAID. You did not keep your promise so it’s our right la to complain. Kalau taknak orang spam kat wall, REPLY email & mesej kami. Easy. Minta maaf ke apa. Cakap la tengah siasat apesal lambat ke apa. Ini tak. Diam.
You ignore complaints from the buyer and yet updating new promotion how are you suppose us to understand your problem (let say if you had one)? As you guys said –However, your actions in encouraging other consumers to complain unfortunately smacks of malicious intent beyond your individual case..kalau dah tahu macam tu.. 

..RESPONSE US INDIVUALLY then.

Sangat menyedihkan bila company yang mempunyai belasan ribu pengikut di Facebook boleh buat hal macam ni. Dah la tu, iklan diorang boleh dijumpai kat mana – mana website kat internet ni.

Rugi betul la. Dah establish, tapi buat fakap macam ni. Haih.

Since this is my first time encountering this kind of scam issue, buat aduan terus lah kat KPDNKK. What to do. Orang email, mesej kat facebook, takmau reply. Sombong.

  2. kadang-kadang nak beli melalui internet kena jaga-jaga gak.. baca dulu review pasal website tu.. kalau ada testimoni kata boleh dipercayai baru beli.. terkilan gak bila jadi gini..

    COD rasanya only valid kat area Klang Valley je. lagipun katanya diorang dah disable button COD tu.

    tak sangka fit. dengan ramai pengikut kat fb tak terfikir lansung diorang nak buat aniaya kat customer. reputasi tu.

    saya pun tak terfikir lansung nak check kat page diorang sblm buat payment tu. silap kat situ.

    first time terkena. bukan dengan blogshop kecik2. dengan Lazada. pangkah terus lepas ni.

  5. Oh ea ke..valid utk Lembah Klang saja..tapi option utk COD pada profile saya masih valid..tapi xtau la ada org lain yg kata option tu dh di disable kan..

    komplain ramai2 kat teribunal pengguna.. biar pun sikit sbb kalau sorang 30 ringgit kalau darap x seratus, berapa banyak dah dorang sapu duit kan?

    Dorang tak berniat nak aniaya. Sometimes ada gak masalah stok barangan, barang salah tag ke. banyak kemungkinan. Kalau semua nak perfect, tak ada masalah, better jadi tuhan je. Try laa create something business, nanti tau laa macam mana nak handle.

    By the way, jawapan yg dorang bagi tuu memang laa kita rasa annoy, tapi nak buat macam mana? Dah kita yg purchase, means kita yakin pada servis dia.

    Next time, sebelum purchase, ukur tahap keyakinan dulu. Bila dah tepuk dahi, jangan kata servis dorang teruk ke apa ke. Kekeke.

    Just report kalau terasa diri ditipu. :)

    macam yang saya tulis di entri ni. Kalau tak nak orang buat kecoh, reply kat diorang personally. Ini tak. Takde respon lansung. Tapi boleh pulak update promosi.

    macam yang awak kata ada masalah stok, barang salah tag ke, inform je kat wall tengah mengalami masalah ke apa, Orang akan faham.

    Stop sekejap promosi2 tu dan setelkan satu persatu masalah customer. Ini tidak. Buat macam takde apa - apa berlaku. Sapa tak bengang.

    Buat apa saya nak create business kalau saya tak yakin saya boleh handle? Takde pasai pi cari pasai.

  13. Let me share my experience, I bought a fan on 23/06/12 with discount RM 20 for new user sound very attractive price. After waiting for 5 days I call to check for delivery status, CS told me excluding Saturday and Sunday. So Iwaited another 2 days and call again. Now CS say excluding order date. So I waited another day and call. CS say some problem with the warehouse. Need to urge them. All togeter it takes me 14 days including weekends to reply me that they are not going to sent out the items but will refund me the money paid. It will take maximum 5 working days to proceed. I suppose it was on 7 or 8 of July. Then I wait for 5 days as been told before I call them. Approximately about 13/07. I call them again, wow they said they already refund me to my crecard on the 10/07. I was surprice and tell them is it not reflected in my credit card transaction before I made the call. They ask me to wait another 2 days. So I wait and call and call until todays . Means more than 1 month I am waiting yet to see my refund. And their answer always check with your credit card bank. I think in this case It suppose broue ght to the public awareneses and the ministry concern shoud come out to prevent more and more cases like us.

    1. Dude, saya pun kena kes sama macam you beli henfon lenovo A360i. Sampai sekarang x refund rm249. Dah cal berpuluh kali operator mesti bagi alasan berlainan

    Wow, they gave too many excuses ha.

    I'm still waiting for a reply from KPDNKK. I hope they will look forward to this issue and take necessary actions. The rate of the complaint are too damn high.

    I already made an official complaint to:
    1.KPDNKK
    2.MCMC
    3.Bank Negara since they collecting money without product in hand and the worst thing is they NOT SURE when they can send you the item you ordered.

    sebenarnya bukan mouse ni ja yg nak beli. ada lagi 5 barang sy nak beli. ce tengok kat wishlisht dalam gambar. ada lagi 5 items. tolak pi tolak mai mau dekat rm100 jugak la. tapi ntah kenapa saya rasa nak order mouse ni ja dulu. nasib baik weh.

    dah tengok! pernah staff dia sendiri kantoi komen puji2 lazada hantar barang on time la, servis bagus lah tengok2 ada org kenal dia yg keja kat situ, terus cover balik cakap even staff pun kena ikut prosedur. hahaha

  21. Ada niat mencuba Lazada ini. Apabila ada maklumbalas negatif seperti ini mungkin fikir 2-3 kali untuk berurusan dengan mereka.

    kalau rasa yakin, teruskan niat untuk membeli dari laman ni. tapi sebaiknya fikirlah banyak kali sblm buat keputusan. risiko barang tak sampai/lambat sampai adalah sangat tinggi.

  24. My first xpereince ngan lazada ni, I beli henfon ari isnin, tapi alhamdulillah, esoknya selasa dapat dh. Delivery very fast. Cuak jugak la kalau2 diorang lewat buat penghantaran sbb based on komen2 kt sini ada masalah penghantaran.

  25. saya dah beli 3 kali dgn lazada..sangatlah puas hati..items yg in stock..saya akan dapat keesokannya..selalunya saya COD..ada yg baang kat supplier..diorg akan call dulu inform kata lambat

  26. Kdg2 kita xde kat rumah masa dia hantar, alamat salah ke , sbb lazafa pakai gdex, bermakna hantar depan rumah..stakat ni sy dah beli mcm2 barang kat lazada dan alhamdulillah selamat sampai

    1. Selalu beli online, kita akan dapat tracking number. Tak perlu la customer berteka teki keberadaan barang yang dipesan. Lagipun kalau gdex hantar n takde orang kat umah, mesti dia akan call untuk maklumkan. Dalam kes saya, selalunya Gdex akan call suruh pickup sendiri kat ofis diorang walaupun pos ke alamat rumah.

      Kejadian pn dah lama, customer service diorang pun dah bertukar n rasanya dah improve banyak mengikut feedback kawan-kawan saya yang membeli kat situ.
